The Northern Gateway site is a significant development which occupies a strategic location adjacent to the M60, M62 and M66. It sits within Atom Valley and will offer a home to the Advanced Machinery Institute (AMI).

Around £650m has been invested in the site and once completed it is envisaged that through the 1.2m sq m of employment space 20,000 jobs will be created directly, and 2000 jobs indirectly alongside 3000 new homes.
