Rochdale Development Agency is active in a variety of
physical regeneration projects that impact on all aspects of life across
the borough. From providing new homes to improving shopping; from enhancing
public spaces to creating new business parks.
Some projects are massive in scale and others more modest; some are long
term and others are quick wins. But whatever we do, we always have the aim
of delivering maximum benefit to the residents and business community of
