Kingsway Business Park

Kingsway is one of the most strategically important and exciting new developments of its kind in the UK.

The 170 hectare (420 acre) development is continuing its transformation at pace into one of the largest mixed-use schemes in the country.

It satisfies the needs of local, regional, national and international businesses and will support more than 7,000 direct jobs phased over the next 10 to 15 years.

The site is served by a completely new infrastructure and a remodelled junction 21 of the M62, linking it directly to the local, regional, Trans-Pennine and national motorway network. There will also be a dedicated stop on the Oldham and Rochdale Metrolink route.

Kingsway includes a 30 hectare parkland area which will enhance the existing natural habitats and create new woodlands and walkways. Sensitively planned cycle and bus routes will provide a sustainable, environmentally friendly travel options.

There is also a comprehensive range of high quality, free business support services available. You can get a flavour of them by following the links on the left or for more detail, visit the dedicated Kingsway website.
