The aim of ELP is to support investment in the borough and to ensure that a skilled local labour pool is available and accessible to all employers.

 

ELP has a proven track record in delivering free, successful recruitment and training solutions to satisfy employer recruitment needs across a diverse number of sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, retail, service sector and the public sector. ELP has an extensive network of partners to ensure that employers have the widest selection of candidates possible.

 

ELP works in partnership with the Kingsway Recruitment Team, to ensure that all the businesses proposing to relocate to Kingsway Business Park are provided with a free, quality driven recruitment and training service to satisfy their needs, with a special emphasis on ensuring that candidates with the skills now required in high growth sectors are available for employers to select from.

 

Supporting employers and local candidates to develop skills to access local employment opportunities is a priority for the Employment Links Partnership.
