Our values
Our Values are the fundamental principles and standards we have
set for ourselves as an organisation.
Our Values are important to us. They have been developed and agreed by everyone
within the organisation as a statement of who we are, what we believe and
what we are seeking to achieve. They govern how we treat
each other within the Agency, as well as our conduct with people outside
the organisation.
Performance
We are a performance-based organisation focused on achieving
results, which means we:
- Personally commit to the delivery of projects,
initiatives and work areas where we have responsibility
- Try and provide solutions
rather than make excuses or place blame
- Actively engage in discussions and
support decisions once they are made
- Keep promises and commitments made to
others
Respect
We show respect for our colleagues, partners and clients, which
means we:
- Recognise and are considerate
of people's different cultures, backgrounds, experience, styles, approaches
and ideas
- Listen to others and assume positive intent
- Always remain polite and courteous
- Speak positively and supportively about team members when apart
Integrity
We act with integrity, which means we:
- Are open, honest and fair in our dealings
