Peter Schofield
Former Corporate Manager, Barclays Bank
 Peter Schofield joined the board in March
2008, bringing with him 35 years of financial experience with Barclays
Bank.
Peter spent nine years as Corporate Manager of Barclays at its
Rochdale branch, before retiring in June 2002. During his time
at Barclays,
he gained invaluable contacts that he brings with him to the board.
He chose to accept his
position as board member partly because of the exciting times ahead for Rochdale,
including the redevelopment of the town centre, the Metrolink and the continued
development of Kingsway Business Park.
Peter is looking forward to the
completion of the Metrolink project and the town centre redevelopment, describing
up-and-coming plans for the future of Rochdale as “absolutely superb.” |
