Rochdale's new transport interchange highlighted in computer generated fly-through
A video fly-through of the plans for Rochdale's new £11.5 million transport interchange has been prepared by the scheme's architects Aedas. The video aims to give members of the public a better understanding of how the new interchange will look when completed in early 2012.
GMPTE has recently made an application to Rochdale Council for detailed planning consent for the new interchange on Smith Street, next to the River Roch, in Rochdale town centre. It will replace the existing bus station in the town centre and will also be next to the proposed town centre Metrolink stop.
